Official Notice on NVS Admit Card 2026

As per the official notification, the admit cards are made available from 07 January 2026 by Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS).

Candidates and parents can download the admit card free of cost from the official application portal:

The admit card is issued for candidates appearing in the Lateral Entry Selection Test (LEST) 2026 for Class 9 and Class 11 for the academic session 2026–27.

Important Instructions for Candidates

  • Each candidate must appear only at the examination centre mentioned on the admit card
  • Appearing from any other centre is strictly prohibited
  • Requests for change of examination centre will not be entertained
  • No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination hall without a valid admit card
  • Admit card must be downloaded only from www.navodaya.gov.in
  • A valid government-issued photo ID must be carried on exam day
  • Candidate’s photograph on the admit card will be verified by the invigilator at the examination centre

Failure to follow these instructions may result in disqualification.

How to Download NVS Class 9 & 11 Admit Card 2026

  1. Visit the official website of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti: https://navodaya.gov.in
  2. On the homepage, go to the “What’s New” section
  3. Click on the moving link: “Click here to download the admit cards for Class IX / XI LEST 2026”
  4. You will be redirected to the admit card download page
  5. Under STUDENT LOGIN, enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth
  6. Fill in the Captcha Code correctly
  7. Click on Sign In
  8. Your admit card will be fetched from the NVS server
  9. Download and print the admit card for exam day use
